"This place was perfect for us! We were looking for somewhere in the woods, that was quiet and peaceful, and that was relatively close to some of the parks and sites we wanted to visit. It was a bonus that it had a cool fireplace inside and a relaxing hot tub on the porch. Should our adventures ever take us back to this part of Ohio again, we would return to the cabin for sure!"

"I’m usually not one to leave bad reviews, but after reading some of the others and seeing that the same issues we encountered have been said for years and haven’t been resolved seems to be an issue. The views from the hot tub were good and private. The fire-pit was nice and we used it both nights. However, the cabin had a musty smell and smelled like a black water tank sporadically throughout the weekend, the jacuzzi was dirty and had spiders in it, the shower only had cold water and absolutely leaked everywhere. Had to use our only towels to soak up the water. The bathroom itself wasn’t very clean either. The dishes needed washed and the stove looked pretty dirty. All in all it was an okay cabin for a little getaway, but not what they charge in my opinion. It was our anniversary and unfortunately I don’t think we’ll recommend this cabin or come back ourselves."

"Our stay was very disappointing, especially as this trip was meant to be a special occasion for us. We chose this property specifically for the jacuzzi, which was a key reason for booking. The original listing was later changed to remove it, without notifying us. The check-in instructions were unclear, and the host did not respond to my two messages before arrival. We found human hair in the bathroom sink and dog hair in the bed. The bathroom door wouldn't close properly, leaving little privacy, and a blinking red light beside the bed made it difficult to sleep. Communication was poor, and we ultimately cut our trip short. Airbnb refunded the full amount we paid. I hope these issues are addressed so future guests have a better experience."
