What is Firefly's Landing like?

Firefly's Landing is one of our newest cabins, and it shows. The dark gray exterior with clean lines gives way to an interior finished in white shiplap, warm wood accents, and vaulted ceilings that make the space feel open and airy. The cedar-clad double-sided wood-burning fireplace is the centerpiece, with a stone base and a wall-mounted TV on the living room side. On the bedroom side, the queen memory foam bed faces the flames, so you can fall asleep to the glow of a real fire. The hanging egg chair sits beside the fireplace in a sunlit corner, and guests consistently name it the best reading spot on the property. A comfortable sofa and dining table fill out the living area, and the kitchenette has white cabinets, burner plates, a microwave, a full-size fridge, and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a granite vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with gray tile. The covered front porch has rocking chairs for morning coffee overlooking the woods, while the back balcony holds the private hot tub with forest views and a bistro table for two. Down in the yard, a fire pit with bench seating and a charcoal grill are set among the trees. Firefly's Landing is a great match for couples who want a modern cabin with clean design and all the comforts of a newer build. Pets are welcome, and the flat rate covers all your pets for the entire stay. When the fireflies come out at dusk, you will understand the name.

Firefly's Landing has a modern dark gray exterior with a metal roof and a raised wooden deck, with the wooden Fireflies Landing name sign mounted on a tree trunk near the entry. The lot is a gravel clearing ringed by mixed hardwoods that turn yellow and gold each fall, with tall trunks spaced far enough apart to let light reach the deck.

What's included at Firefly's Landing?

House rules.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM EST. Early check-in at 2:00 PM available for $50, subject to availability.
• Check-out: 10:00 AM EST. Late checkout at 12:00 PM available for $50, subject to availability.
• Pets: Welcome. $50 flat rate covers all pets for the stay. No weight or breed restrictions. $150 fine for pet damage.
• Smoking: Not allowed indoors. $250 fine for indoor smoking.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM.
• Parties or events: Not permitted.

Cancellation policy.

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. Full refund.
• Cancellations within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable, but dates may be moved subject to availability.
• For weather-related cancellations or emergencies, please reach out. We work with guests case-by-case.
• Booked through Airbnb, Vrbo or another travel site? Those bookings follow that platform's own cancellation policy. Booking direct with us gives you the most flexible terms.
